subsidiary of the eight Industry Skills Boards (ISBs), is responsible for
providing support services for the ISBs.
Hāpaitia’s teams include Finance, People & Culture and IT.

Te Tūranga – The nature of the position
Reporting to
the General Manager Hāpaitia Shared Service a People and Culture Operations
lead as you will manage a small team delivering consistent, compliant HR
services employment agreements, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data, leave,
recruitment process, reporting, and policy templates. You’ll provide general
employment relations advice, ensure audit‑ready compliance, and drive
continuous improvement across shared services.
You’ll bring
experience leading HR operations, HRIS knowledge, excellent communication
skills, and confidence making sound, fact‑based decisions. Shared‑services
experience is an advantage.
